½ c packed brown sugar
½ c crunchy peanut butter
½ c margarine
¼ c shortening
1 egg
1¼ c flour
¾ tsp soda
½ baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugars, peanut butter, margarine, shortening and egg. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Refrigerate 1 hour. Make indentations and fill with preserves.Ungreased pan 375º for 8-10 min. Drizzle with peanut butter glaze
