1/4 cup flour, all purpose or almond
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
1/4 cup milk (almond milk will work)
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
2 Tablespoons chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder in medium bowl. Add milk, butter and vanilla. Stir until smooth.

Pour batter into a large microwaveable mug. Place 1 Tablespoon chocolate chips in center of batter.

Microwave on High 1 minute. Let stand 10 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Tablespoon of chocolate chips.
