1 head cauliflower
Olive oil
Curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Take off green leaves of cauliflower.
Slice cauliflower as you would a loaf of bread, into 1/2 inch slices or slightly thicker.
Put slices onto baking pan.
Drizzle olive oil over the slices and sprinkle curry powder over all. You can substitute any herb of your choice for the curry powder.
Roast at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
