To the remaining batter add these ingredients

1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 large eggs
1½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
½ cup milk
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 box instant vanilla pudding
2 tablespoons cinnamon


Pour the batter into 2 large, well greased and sugared (mix cinnamon and sugar) loaf pans. You can sprinkle extra cinnamon – sugar mix on top. BAKE at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

OPTIONAL; Add 1 cup chopped nuts or ½ cup raisins or dried berries to batter.

DO NOT USE METAL BOWL OR METAL SPOON FOR MIXING
IF AIR GETS IN BAG, LET IT OUT. IT IS NORMAL TO THICKEN, BUBBLE, AND FERMENT

DAY 6 Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup milk to bag
DAY 7 Squeeze the bag
DAY 8 Squeeze the bag
DAY 9 Squeeze the bag
DAY 10 Combine in a large bowl (not metal) the batter, 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup milk. Mix with a wooden spoon. Pour four – 1 cup starters in a gallon size ziploc bag. Keep one starter for yourself, and give the other three to friends along with these instructions.
