6 oz. chocolate chips or bar
1 1/2 T. light Karo syrup
1/3 c. heavy whipping cream
1/2 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and syrup in double boiler. Stir in cream and vanilla until smooth. Cool before spreading on cake.

This is enough for a one layer 8 or 9 inch cake. It is also delicious on ice cream.
