1 lb. brown sugar
3 eggs
2/3 c. oil
2 3/4 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, eggs and oil. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.
