2 eggs
1½ c. sugar, divided
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 t. baking powder
¼ t. salt
½ c. milk
1 T. butter or margarine
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Mix in a bowl. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.

Top with 1 qt. fresh sliced strawberries and whipped cream.
