2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1 t sugar
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425° (400° if using glass baking container) Place 1/4 cup butter into 9” glass pie plate (or 10” iron skillet). Place in preheated oven until butter has melted. Watch carefully so butter does not burn. Beat Ingredients until frothy. After butter has melted, remove the pan from the oven and pour the egg mixture into the pan. Return pan to the oven and bake for approximately 12-15 minutes. Serve with syrup or powdered sugar and sweetened cinnamon apple sauce.
