White or yellow onion
Potatoes
1 Quart half-n-half






Directions:
Directions:

Dice medium white or yellow onion.
Cube 2 quarts potatoes.
Cover potatoes with water.
Cook.
Drain, save water
Add 1 quart of half-n-half milk

Add garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
Bring to boil, stir frequently.
Turn off heat and cover.
