2 heads of cauliflower, broken into individual florets
4 garlic cloves, smashed
1/2 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons turmeric
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
2. Cut the cauliflower into florets (1 inch pieces)
3. In a large bowl, combine the garlic and cauliflower, drizzle with olive oil and toss it
around to spread it evenly
4. In a small bowl, combine the turmeric, cumin, pepper flakes, and salt, sprinkle into
the large bowl and toss to coat again
5. Get a baking sheet, and spread out the cauliflower onto the sheet
6. Bake until browned on the edges for 23-27 minutes, remove from the oven every 6
minutes or so to stir
7. When done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with the cilantro

Serve hot!
