1 lb bulk sausage
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
1 16 oz can tomatoes
4 cups water
garlic salt
pepper 1 bay leaf
thyme
4 potatoes, diced
1/2 bell pepper, seeded and diced
dash of red pepper, optional
2 cans Great Northern beans

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausages, drain, and then combine with tomatoes, water, garlic salt, pepper, bay leaf, and thyme. Simmer about 1 hour. Then add potatoes, bell pepper, red pepper, and beans. Cook 30 minutes longer.
