3 medium avocados
2 T. lemon juice
1 t. salt
1 t. black pepper
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 package taco seasoning mix
2-16 oz. spicy refried beans
1 bunches chopped scallions
2 cans chopped black olives
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 c. shredded sharp cheese

Directions:

Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning in small bowl. Spread beans in 9x13 dish. Top with avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, scallions and olives. Chill until serving time. Add tomato and cheese just before serving. Serve with chips.
