1 large pkg orange Jell-O
1 tbsp sugar
2 cups boiling water
1 small can frozen orange juice
1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
15 1/4 oz can crushed pineapple and juice
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 cup milk
1/2 pint whipping cream (substitute 4 oz Cool Whip)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O and sugar in boiling water. Add orange juice. Fold in fruit immediately. Chill until firm.

For the topping:
Beat 1 cup milk and 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding. Chill. Whip cream and fold into pudding. Spread on salad.
