4-6 chicken breasts ( can throw them in frozen)
1 bottle BBQ sauce (there is probably one that has very little sugar)
1/4 c. whiite vinegar
1 tsp. Red pepper flakes
1/4 c. Brown sugar (or Truvia brown sugar)
1 tsp. Garlic powder

Directions:

Mix BBQ sauce with all other ingredients.
Throw the chicken in the crock pot and cover with sauce.
Cook on low 4-6 hours.
If the sauce is a little watery, mix a little flour/water to thicken the sauce.

Lauren shared this with me when I was teaching in Paris. I shared it with John Robison and he really liked it too! The chicken is very tender - I think because of the vinegar and slow cooking.
