½ cup popcorn kernels
¼ cup white sugar
¼ cup coconut oil
Sea salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and 3 kernels in a pot over medium heat. When all three kernels pop, add the sugar and the rest of the kernels. Put the lid on. Alternate shaking the pot for 3 seconds and letting it sit on the burner for three seconds. When you hear the popping slow down, pour popped corn into a large bowl and sprinkle with salt.
