2 c. GF Flour Blend
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. xanthan gum
2 sticks butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, cornstarch, salt and xanthan gum. Set aside. Beat butter and sugar for 1-2 minutes. Beat in dry ingredients until it forms a ball (1-2 minutes). Pat into a greased 9x13 pan. Poke rows of holes with a fork. Bake 20 minutes at 350º; until just barely beginning to brown. Cut as soon as you remove it from the oven. Cool before removing from pan.
