¼ cup melted butter
2 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
½ cup butter
2 cup powdered sugar
egg substitute to equal 3 eggs (3/4 cup)
6 oz. chocolate chips melted (1/2 of a 12 oz. bag)
1 cup salted chopped peanuts
½ gallon vanilla ice cream softened
½ cup chopped salted peanuts

Directions:

Mix ¼ cup melted butter and crumbs and put in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat ½ cup butter, powdered sugar and egg substitute, add melted chocolate and 1 cup peanuts; spread on crumbs and freeze 30 minutes. Take ½ gallon ice cream and slice and lay it on top of the chocolate mixture, smoothing the top. Sprinkle with ½ cup chopped peanuts. Freeze until ready to serve.
