1 5 ounce package Anginetti cookies
1 8 1/4 ounce can crushed pineapple
1 cup frozen whipped topping, defrosted
1 3 ounce package of cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Anginetti cookies by slicing off tops. Set aside. Drain the crushed pineapple, leaving a small amount of juice. Combine 1 cup whipped topping and 3 ounces of cream cheese for 1 minute at low speed. Add crushed pineapple and blend all 3 ingredients for approximately 1 minute at low speed. Fill bottom layer of cookie with approximately i tablespoon of filling. Replace tops. Refrigerate puffs until ready to serve.
