8-12 oysters per person
½ cup clam juice
½ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp. chilli sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. celery salt
1 tbsp. butter
Paprika to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, and chili sauce. Heat to foam.
Add clam and oyster juice and heat to boil.
Add oysters and cook until edges curl.
Add milk/cream to boil and dash of paprika.
