1½ Lb Cubed Pork
4 Chopped Onions
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Chicken Rice Soup
1 Soup Can of Water
2 Cups Chopped Celery
1 Cup Rice (White)
Salt, Pepper and Soy Sauce to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Season and brown meat in a large skillet. Add onions and brown them. Add soups, water and spices, stirring together. Add celery and rice, simmer for 15 minutes. Put on soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to large baking dish and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
