3 whole chicken breasts, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayo
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 T. minced onion
1 can sliced or diced water chestnuts
2 T. lemon juice
1 t. salt
1 t. black pepper
1 small can of peas, drained
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Cut chicken in 1" pieces. Mix all other ingredients except cheese. Stir in chicken. Put in a 9x13 pan. Top with cheese and more slivered almonds. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
