Meat from 3½ lb. chicken
1 c. instant rice, cooked by directions
3 boiled eggs
1 c. diced celery
1 c. mayo
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts, drained
2 c. cornflakes, crush
¼ c. butter or oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and put in a greased casserole dish
It can be made ahead.
When ready to bake-
Top with cornflakes. Drizzle butter on top.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
May take less time to bake if not refrigerated.
