Sandwich rolls from deli dept.
Sliced roast beef from deli dept.
Sliced swiss or provolone cheese
Butter
Garlic
Green onion (optional
Au jus pack or homemade au jus


Homemade au jus

2 cups water
1 Tbsp. beef bouillon or 3 cubes Wyler’s beef bouillon cubes
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
¼ tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix au jus and bring to boil on stove. Reduce heat to simmer. Split sandwich rolls and spread with garlic/butter/green onion mixture. Toast buns under broiler. Place cheese on top buns and roast beef on bottom buns. Place under broiler until warm and cheese is melted. Close up sandwiches.
