For 2 to 3 quart pan
¼ cup butter
3 eggs
¾ cup milk
¾ cup flour

For 3 to 4 quart pan (13 x 9”)
1/3 cup butter
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour

For 4 to 4 ½ quart pan
½ cup butter
5 eggs
1 ¼ cup milk
1 ¼ cup flour

For 4 ½ to 5 quart pan
½ cup butter
6 eggs
1 ½ cup milk
1 ½ cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put the butter in the pan and set it into a 425 degree oven after first dusting the pan with nutmeg (optional), then mix batter in blender while butter melts.

When oven is ready and butter is melted, pour batter into the pan. Bake until puffy and well browned, 20 to 25 minutes.

Serve at once with fresh fruit, syrup or powdered sugar.

The first time I ever had Dutch Baby was when Auntie Vicki, Caron, Mike, Aunti Junior, Ashlie, Tracy and Steve had a summer overnight at our house. Auntie Vicki made it.
