3 large baking potatoes, scrubbed clean
4 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. italian seasoning
2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Line a cookie sheet with foil.

Cut potatoes into wedges. Put in a large bowl. Add olive oil and parmesan cheese. Add salt, italian seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder.

Bake at 400º for 40 minutes.
