1 8 oz corn muffin mix, prepared according to directions
6 slices white bread, crumbled
5 cups chicken broth
2 medium onions, chopped
3 tbs. butter
1/2 lb. sausage
4 stalks celery, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soak corn bread and white bread in chicken broth for 10 minutes, stir until liquid is absorbed. Meanwhile, saute onions and celery in butter until tender. Add sausage to bread mixture, along with eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well. Put everything into a greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
