1 head cabbage
1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
3/4 cup oil
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage in a large bowl. Next layer shredded onion and shredded bell pepper on top of cabbage. Sprinkle sugar to cover top. Do not stir. Bring all other ingredients to a boil, then pour over cabbage while hot. Refrigerate overnight. Do not stir until ready to serve .
