1 lb. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
18 oz. bittersweet chocolate (Calliebaut 811 preferred)
8 oz. coffee or espresso
10 eggs

Directions:
Line a 10" springform pan with foil. Spray foil with nonstick spray.

Combine butter, sugar and chocolate. Microwave for approximately 2 minutes or combine on the stovetop.

Mix the coffee into the chocolate mixture.

Beat the eggs into the chocolate mixture until smooth.

Pour into prepared pan.

Bake at 250º for 2 hours.

Chill overnight before cutting. Can be frozen.
