1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
32 oz. chicken broth
6-8 medium potatoes peeled and diced
2 cups frozen corn
16 oz. fully cooked kielbasa, sliced into 1/3 inch slices
1 bay leaf
½ tsp. black pepper
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients except cream and cheese in 6 quart crockpot; stir. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 5-6 hours (until potatoes are fork tender). Remove bay leaf. Add cheese and cream and stir until cheese is melted.
