2 lbs. of pork tenderloin
1/4 cup soy sauce
1.5 Tbsp. yellow mustard
2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. onion powder
1.5 tsp. garlic powder
1 shallot chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Turn crock pot on to low.

In a large measuring cup, add all the ingredients for the marinade and whisk.

Place tenderloin in crockpot and pour over the marinade.

Cook on low for about 4 hours for two small tenderloins or about 5 hours for one large piece.

Slice and serve pouring the juices over the meat.
