If you are lucky enough to have crab and salmon at the same time:

Salmon fillets
Crab
Mayo (as much as it needs to stay together)
Dried mustard (to taste)
Tabasco (to taste)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix crab, mayo, mustard and Tabasco. Cut salmon fillets into individual portions, then slice horizontally. Stuff the crab mix into the salmon. Dust salmon with seasoned flour and fry in oil.
