8 slices bread, crusts cut off and cubed
2 cups crab meat
½ cup mayonnaise
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 cup celery diced
4 eggs
3 cups milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put half the bread in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13” pan. Spread crab mixture over bread. Put remaining bread on top. Mix 2 ½ cups milk with the eggs and pour over. Store in refrigerator overnight (or freeze). Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Spoon soup and ½ cup milk over top. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake one hour longer.
