2 pounds stew beef
Large pot of water
1 large can of crushed tomatoes
1 onion chopped
2 potatoes peeled and cut into bite size pieces
1 Tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 bay leaves
half of very large bag of mixed vegetables
5 to 6 shakes of hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown stew meat in oil in a skillet, browning on all sides. Add all the remaining ingredients to the large pot of water. Add the meat and stir.
Cover and simmer for 3 hours. Remove bay leaves before serving.
