½ box penne noodles (8 oz.)
2 medium size chicken breasts (or ½ the meat from a store bought rotisserie chicken)
½ cup butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1/3 cup shredded or grated parmesan cheese
1 cup half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Cook penne as per directions on box; drain.

While noodles are cooking, dice two medium size chicken breasts and fry in small frying pan until cooked all the way through. Or, if using cooked chicken, dice into bite sized pieces.

Melt butter in medium saucepan; add pressed garlic. Add cream cheese and stir until mostly combined. Add half and half and parmesan cheese; stir. Remove from heat and let thicken (1-2 minutes).

Combine chicken, penne noodles, and Alfredo sauce.
