8 cups cucumber (2 quarts), thinly sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp kosher salt
1/2 cup white vinegar
1-1/2 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice thinly 8 cups cucumbers (2 quarts) and 1 large onion; let stand in a bowl with 2 tablespoons kosher salt 2 hours or more. Rinse with cold water, drain very well.
Return to bowl, pour in ½ cup white vinegar and 1-1½ cups sugar; stir, spoon into freezer container. Freeze.
