8 slices of bread, crustless and cubed
¾ lb. grated cheese
1 ½ lb. sausage, cooked and drained
4 eggs
2 ½ cups milk
1 Tablespoon Coleman mustard
1 can mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
½ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Layer: Bread, cheese and sausage in greased 13 x 9” pan.

Beat: Eggs, milk and mustard together. Pour over bread and refrigerate or freeze until ready to bake.

Mix: Soup, milk and mushrooms. Pour over egg mixture and bake uncovered at 325 for an hour. Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
