Cook Covered for 10 minutes:
2. T. oil
1 C. chopped onion
½ C. chopped celery
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 T. parsley, chopped
1 ½ t. salt
¼. t. thyme

Add, cook for 10 minutes:
2 ½ lbs. halibut
Add:
1 ½ coz. Steamed clams
1 lb. shrimp
Add, thicken:
1 T. corn starch mixed with a bit of clam juice
1 C. clam juice

Directions:
