2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 c. salted butter, barely melted (but not too hot)
¾ c. light brown sugar, packed
⅔ c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. real Watkins vanilla
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 egg
2 c. milk chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350º.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, sift flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In mixing bowl, beat together butter, sugars, vanilla and vinegar until smooth. Beat in egg just until combined.

Put flour mixture into wet mixture until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

Using a large or medium cookie scoop, drop cookie dough about 2-inches apart onto cookie sheet. No need to flatten.

Bake 7-8 minutes.

**They will look underdone in the center and light brown around the edges.

Allow to cool on cookie sheet for 10 minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool completely.
