9x13 casserole dish
2 (6 ounce) package chicken stuffing mix
1/2 cup butter (melted)
2 to 4 zucchini (diced) or mixed vegetables
3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cooked and cubed) I sauteed my diced chicken with salt/pepper and paprika
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small onion (diced and sauteed)
1 cup sour cream
I sprinkled in a little cayenne also

reheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix and melted butter. Set aside 1/2 cup of the mixture for topping.
Add zucchini, cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, onion and sour cream to large bowl. Put stuffing mixture in pan and then top with chicken/zucchini mixture, sprinkle reserved stuffing mix on top and bake, uncovered, for 40-50 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown
