2 T. butter, divided
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. bisquick
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 T. butter over medium high heat; add onion, cook 3 minutes, until tender. Mix onion, bisquick and 1/2 of cheese in a large bowl. Mix egg and milk, add to onion mixture just until moist. Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 1/2 full. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and dot with remaining butter. Bake at 400° for 13 minutes or until golden.
