1 to 1 1/2 lbs. broccoli florets
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 can GF cream of mushroom soup
TOPPING:
3/4 c. crushed rice chex
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
2 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli until tender; drain well. Place in a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs, sour cream, onion and soup. Pour over cheese and stir. Combine toppings; sprinkle over casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
