Whole Grain Bread (we like Dave's Killer Bread with Whole Grain and Seeds)

Toppings- Ricotta Toasts
Ricotta Cheese (we like BelGioioso)
Honey
Pistachios
Strawberries
Blueberries
Fig Jam

Toppings- Avocado Toasts
Ripe Avocado
Lemon Juice
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes (optional for a kick)
Poached Egg - Optional to top for a breakfast/brunch option

For Ricotta Toasts
Toast Bread, Spread Ricotta on toasts and top as desired
Suggestions: 1) Honey and Pistachio 2) Sliced Strawberries and Blueberries 3) Fig Jam

For Avocado Toast
Mash Avocado with a little lemon juice (using fork or potato masher), toast bread, spread mashed avocado on toast, sprinkle olive oil, salt and pepper and red pepper flakes if desired. Optional: Top with a poached egg for extra protein.
