1 Light Brown Sugar
Cup Butter
2 Large Eggs
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
tsp Salt
3 Cups Peanut Brittle, coarsely chopped
2 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oven 350

Combine brown sugar and butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. Cook until butter is melted. Remove from heat and cool slightly.

Add eggs one at a time, beating until blended after each addition.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Stir into brown sugar.

Stir in peanut brittle and vanilla.

Press dough into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch baking dish.

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
