CASSEROLE:
3 c. mashed cooked sweet potato
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
4 T. butter
1 T. vanilla (or more)
TOPPING:
1 c. brown sugar
4 T. butter
1/2 c. gf flour mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all casserole ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Mix topping and put on. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
