3 oz. cream cheese
4 T. butter
2 c. Bisquick (or any pancake mix)
1/3 c. milk
Raspberry preserves

ICING:
1 c. confectioners sugar
1-2 T. milk
1/2 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cream cheese and butter into Bisquick until crumbly. Add milk. On floured surface, knead 8-10 strokes. On waxed paper, roll into a 12x8 rectangle. Turn onto greased baking sheet and remove paper. Spread jam down center of dough. Make 2 1/2” long cuts at 1” intervals along both sides; fold over. Bake 425° for 12-15 minutes. Drizzle on icing.
