2 cans condensed milk
3 cans evaporated milk
1 1/2 cans water
2 t. vanilla
Fresh fruit, plus sugar to taste, if desired

Mix all ingredients. Churn until it is very hard to turn. Electric churn will automatically stop.

When we were little we all would beg to take turns cranking the ice cream maker. Daddy always indulged us, even though it took longer because we could not crank it as fast or as hard as Daddy could. Then we all wanted to lick the paddle! Fun times!
