2 c. Heavy cream
⅔ c. granulated sugar
5 T. fresh lemon juice

lemon zest

possible toppings include whipped cream, candied ginger (cut very fine), berries

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan, heat cream and sugar to a boil, stir to dissolve sugar. Continue boiling for 5 min., watching the heat so it doesn't boil over.

Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice

Let cool about 15 minutes, then pour even amounts into small containers

Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until set

Top with whipped cream and/or fruit, candied ginger

Finish with lemon zest
