4 c sifted flour
6 tsp baking powder
½ tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2 c brown sugar
1 c peanut butter
½ cooking oil
1⅓ c milk
4 egg yolks
1 c milk
4 egg whites
1 c sugar
Brown butter icing
Chopped peanuts
Directions:
Directions:
Sifting flour, baking powder, soda and salt into mixing bowl. Add brown sugar, peanut butter, oil and 1⅓ c milk. Add egg yolks and remaining 1 c milk and beat 2 min. Beat egg white until form. Add sugar gradually, beating well after each addition and continue to beat until stiff and glossy. Fold into first mixture. spoon into prepared pans. Bake 20 min. Cool, ice with brown butter icing. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
