Ingredients:
Ingredients:
13 slices white bread (cubed)
3/4 stick of butter
5 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
3 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom
Mushrooms
Breakfast Sausage (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Night before:

Melt butter, pour into bottom of baking dish
Top butter with cubed bread
Layer cheese over bread
Whisk eggs and 2 cups of the milk together and pour over cheese/bread
Cover and refrigerate over night

*If you are adding breakfast sausage, I usually cook it up now versus doing it in the morning, but either works.

Morning of:
Preheat oven to 350
Whisk together Cream of Mushroom and 1/2 cup milk
Cut and mix in the mushrooms (I usually end up using 1/2 to 3/4 of the 8 oz package of mushrooms)
Mix in the sausage (I usually end up using about 1/2 the cooked sausage and save the rest for something else)
Spread the mixture over the refrigerated pan of bread/cheese
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese to cover the top
Bake for 1 hour (Time will vary, usually an hour is the minimum, can take a little longer)
