Rolled, or Boneless Prime Rib Roast Cut
Beef Bouillon Cubes
Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate meat in water, bullion cubes and garlic salt. Put meat on a uncovered cooking rack and cook at 500º. Cook meat ten minutes for every pound of meat. (a six pound roast cooks for 1 hour, 10 Lb roast cooks for 1 hour 40 minutes).

Turn off oven and cook in oven as temperature falls for 2 hours (This time is constant, regardless of roast size).

Come out beautifully medium rare. .
